Susan Parkman

Susan brings 19 years of experience as a Claims Representative and ultimately an Operations Supervisor with the Social Security Administration to our firm.

Susan’s experience with Social Security provides a unique advantage to our attorneys and to our Social Security Disability clients. Her Social Security Disability skills provide:

	Insight into the internal operations of the Social Security Administration;
	Expertise in how Social Security benefits are calculated and paid;
	Ability to know when and where to call if your claim is caught up in the Social Security bureaucracy;
	Skills to recognize Social Security Administration errors and the ability to insure they are corrected.

Susan’s working knowledge, experience and understanding of Social Security disability are invaluable resources to our Social Security attorneys and clients to first achieve a favorable outcome and ultimately see claims to completion.

Carol Strapple

Carol graduated with honors from the Indiana University Paralegal Program in 2002. Prior to entering the legal profession Carol worked as an allied health professional for over 20 years in the areas of Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology. Her background and experience in the medical field along with her skills as a paralegal are a valuable asset to our firm and our clients.

When not assisting our attorneys and clients Carol likes to listen to music and travel to far off places with her husband.
