Steven T. Parkman

Concentrating in plaintiff’s Personal Injury law, Social Security disability law and Indiana Worker’s Compensation law, Steven T. Parkman has practiced law in Northern Indiana for over 20 years.

Steve received his law degree from the Indiana University School of Law in 1984. In law school he was awarded two American Jurisprudence Awards for “... excellent achievement in the study of Civil Procedure and the Legal Profession”

Prior to entering law school Steve was employed by the Social Security Administration as a claims representative. As a claims representative, Steve gathered information and explained the complex Social Security rules to individuals seeking benefits. He was ultimately responsible for determining eligibility and authorizing payment for disability, retirement and survivor benefits. Steve’s extensive knowledge of the Social Security system provides him with unique insights in representing his Social Security clients and helping them obtain favorable results.

In representing Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation clients, Steve’s strengths lie in his ability to recognize and fully develop all issues of a case to ultimately achieve full and just compensation for his clients. Steve is an aggressive advocate for his clients. Skilled in negotiating with insurance companies he works to settle cases quickly but with the maximum results for his clients.
